Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site preserves the birthplace home of Dwight D. Eisenhower and interprets his life from his humble origins in the Victorian-era railroad town of Denison to his rise to international military and political leader of the 20th century. The home is a cultural asset for the Denison community, providing opportunities for education, recreation and economic development.

Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site is a Texas Historical Commission (THC) property. The THC’s mission is to protect and preserve the state's historic and prehistoric resources for the use, enjoyment and economic benefit of present and future generations.
